Face it most of the share increase was a result of the dividend. It made the stock price rise and it held for awhile, the price now is perceived value due to the acquisitions. The new spin off, as I see it, is a bookkeeping thing that will promise shareholders a stake in the new company if and when it spins off, if, they can execute.
I don't understand why they agreed to a 90 uplist.
