I think what Orlando is experiencing is "a watched pot never boils" situation. It is tough waiting and waiting for another 19 days to get (initially) untradeable dividend shares in NGIO. It will look good, but will need to be listed to be able to trade those NGIO shares.
So Orlando said "and then recently was given more hope", therefore he has hope, but we will see a dry spell here and that 'hope' gets tested.
