One thing is for sure...SFOR is going for it all...no looking back and will take litigation as far as it needs to go through the court systems. My opinion Why?
1. They are 18 years into this, and want to complete what is rightfully theirs to the fullest extent. This goes for propelling BSAFE to where it needs to go in the future too.
2. SFOR's attorneys (BR and RG) are encouraging to see this through to the fullest once and for all.
3. The people/organizations that provided litigation funding could get their money off the table with a settlement, but I bet they are fine having their investment go the distance (and they know that it could).
Although many of us here are wondering/nervous/anxious/needing this to happen, and many other feelings, we CANNOT and WILL NOT settle!!! IMHO
