As you know a camel has two humps (or lets pretend they do) and if they were upside down (reverse) they might appear to some eyes like what I viewed today when our pps reached support twice in a short stretch and both times held at .09. Typically when this happens you get a bounce but that did not happen today. However, the pps did hold it's ground which coincidently was a 52 week low. Unfortunately, OWCP seems to be manipulated, how often do you see $300 or $ 500 trades which start below the ask price ruin small rallies. Eventually, we will have substantial positive news that should negate some of this shenanigans.
