Common sense says that Paranotek will sell its reserve shares during the Reg A+ investment capital push. But, this is almost a year ago.

I suspect the strategy has changed since they have slow danced the Reg A+ to a stand still. Maybe they have other capitalization sources in place.

It could get weird for sure...
