That I quite possibly true. rjs posted the SEC complaint against Alpha (and many others) and the scam they used to all sell/buy with signals. They were obviously doing this to other companies, hence they had to settle with the SEC. Too bad the SEC did not ban them from this market. However they are now on the radar and would be foolish to continue the practice, especially when we have a CEO that will fight back. However I wouldn't mind Joe buying back the notes and being done with them.
