Good answer! Tensile strength is the key but what materials are they drilling?  Sand? Granite? Maybe you should call Reid and have him fire Pistol while he has the chance and based solely on incorrect piping being used per your opinion.  I suppose your correct and that is an indicator of a poor drilling team and lack of experiience albeit not conclusive.
