I've personally seen a placebo add-on to the current standard of care.

So current standard of care + placebo
vs current standard of care + Pro 140

This would be for those patients first diagnosed with cancer.

But that was just given a hypothetical situation where I fairly certain Leronlimab would be successful.

I like the IV idea, especially for very progressed AIDS patients.
