I hope the same happens with SFOR. But from what I heard I think it's a toss up between a dismissal (in SFOR's favor) and it being remanded to the lower court. If it does get remanded, it would just be a buying opportunity since I think SFOR would win in the lower court because of the IPR and the Supreme Court decision concerning Alice 101 and PTAB.
