this is a note that's due in October, 2019....these guys (Alpha) are just shooting their foot....they will lose any litigation brought by their sorry asses.....Generex has many reasons as to why the up listing did not happen in the 90 days promised by the note....among st those is the government shutdown which curtailed many of the sec activities, is one that stands out
