Man we have some awesome posters on this board!
I feel pretty good about our position as it relates to winning!
In these type of decisions ,you have a short amount of time to make or clarify key points, every word counts! It could be a couple of ill chosen words or phrases that could be the deciding factor in the decision in a win or a loss, I think Secure Auth lawyer provided both e judges in our favor.
Our lawyer HD attacked SA arguments skillfully, necessitating SA to spend precious time in his rebuttal addressing the holes punched into his position by HD while at the same time using his final rebuttal time keeping the deciding cases he mentioned and issues clearly before the judges.
Key point : computer issue or problem related or not computer related?
