My take on today...
There are buyers who believe...
There are sellers who may not believe or may just be manipulating...
But NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THE FINAL DECISSION WILL BE.
I read this in a couple of different posts and I tend to agree, the PTAB decission was key.
The oral arguements went as expected, both sides were questioned as they should have been, this is what judges do.
Another thought, If "out of band" or "2FA" which actually works as inband or a hybrid of both are patented (prior art), the judges should ask themselves why not SFOR's COBAS "true OOBA". wouldn't all of these fall under the school analogy in one way or another?
Now we wait, again. Just the process, enjoy!!
