I wrote a post on... some other board where it is apparently impossible to have any discussion without people screaming at each other. it is about the process and events to expect for the coming weeks. I will copy it here as I would like to know if my rationale is way off.
I think it is a fact that uplisting can occur only after we have acquired SC. Simply because to uplist we need to show a certain level of revenues and those revenues will come from SC. If someone has a link that proves me wrong, I'll gladly read it.
The timing for the acquisition is certainly the greatest variable here. 20 days is mentioned for the FUSZD ticker but I am not sure we can safely use it for the process of financing. We know there is a firm commitment from our investment bankers but they might still require some time for their road show for institutional investors. It will be interesting to see how things pan out, for sure!
That being said, we can also have other news in the meantime! Once normal trading resumes on the OTC we could very well have other great news (about the facebook live app for instance). The pps could move in any direction before the uplisting (I do not mention short squeeze as it is a matter I am not very familiar with)
