Yes, ETRF is on the ASK with 246,885SH @.0200
BUT
ETRF is selling, not buying.
No--one will buy at that price as the BID is for 15K @.185
and the SP will plummet with any nips @BID
Maybe the group of 6.5MM shareholders will take the SP down and accumulate more shares in a statement of loyalty over the "transients"?
C'mon guys, show your loyalty and buy up these cheap shares @.0200

I believe the DECN consultant should petition the OTCBB to rid itself of displaying the DECN SP, BID and ASK on the boards. As we are instructed, this stock is not about the SP and the SP should never be considered when investing in this stock.
