It appears to have gone well ... All judges favor the law and based on Gator's and my gut feeling ... to me it means that they did their job. Gator's comment on the lady judge (for or against us does not matter) said it all when she questioned the "computer specific" with SecureAuth's attorney, after all, the Greeks had no computers and our software requires a computer. My gut says we won, what tier level is what I hope to see ... as a Tier 3 or "precedential" ruling, all future cases would no longer be able to use Alice.
