To me if we merge into another Publicly Traded Company or are bought out quickly - the price per share will be very low - about .10 to .15 or even less.
We need UNVC to be a successful entity with Revenues and Net Profit for UNVC as a share price to have value.
Non public companies can merge into UNVC to increase the value of UNVC like AgriMed or Sativeo.
I continue to feel we need filings to clarify everything for the public beyond our group and to draw in new investors and new traders.
