So we do have a large population failing on HAART with AIDS. I suspect MDs will just use this criteria to assign leronlimab. This also answers my insurance question as they listed the breakdown, Medicaid+Medicare ~ 50%. This new government ‘step-therapy’ idea, start cheap and work your way up until finding drugs that are successful, should not be approved after the recent election, which not only could be dangerous in this situation, but also greatly helps cydy here in both hiv and some in cancer.
