Question about patents with cancer and Ccr5 held by CYDY, which I have had for a while.
In 2014, the German group— that already completed the one ccr5 MVC-cancer trial—applied for a patent using CCR5 antagonist to treat cancer.

They cited Pestell’s patent, any chance they found a hole in his patent allowing them to bypass it?
At the end of the day with leronlimab’s safety profile compared to others, I don’t believe it will matter, but I have been curious and know very little to known about the area.
