I know the post I'm responding to was deleted, and maybe mine will be too. But the RS has nothing to do with Rory's lack of faith in the company. It's exactly the opposite. Rory has tremendous faith in the company and knows the RS is necessary, and that the company will emerge much stronger. He can't control the OTC, and right now the OTC is trying to control him. As we saw yesterday, we can have earth shattering news and the resulting share price and market cap will be whatever the OTC wants it to be, not what the company is really worth.

Keep in mind who has more skin in the game than anyone else.
