A deal for OM/IBD that only brings our market cap to $100M is something I would classify as a poor deal rather than a good deal. As in, we got screwed hard at the negotiating table.
A solid deal should entail $50M-$100M upfront + funding for at least one trial. At that point we would be a company with a phase 3 trial + multiple phase 2 trials + no imminent cash concerns. The market cap should rise to $200M-$500M+.
If Leo is successful in generating a bit of a bidding war those up fronts could double or triple.
