I wonder if the term sheet was with CELG. BMY apparently cut off CELG from making any new deals. Agreement on BM-OM and IBD value. Any deal would be a multiplier on the cash offered. It would validate the potential. Drugs are farther along than most deals, and deserve more $$$.
