It's possible Verb technology company will be used more as a parent company for nfusz, tagg, etc...any new subsidiary.
Rory has said several times that certain verticals of the company could be a stand alone business. i.e. the FB app
That's my impression of what's happening here but seems like we will know for sure on Monday.
