Here was a response I had earlier to fine, I sent as private—which is free here—but meant public.

Seller 1)
A couple weeks ago OCTX flashed 2M at 59c, i believe. It also flashed many times on my etrade account earlier this week at 51c as I put orders in, it shows bid/ask with lot sizes.. The got hit today hard and I feel maybe out of shares.
Seller 2)
The recent note became convertible in December with 350k per month or 700k shares. Since he signed another note, I suspect he is selling some of the first. He will get what a total of 24M shares, so selling a little now still leaves him plenty of shares. When VNDM showed up this week on the ask I suspected something was up and dug until I found his June note.
So that is possibly 2.75M shares to churn with 2.3M volume over the last few days. The MMs might try to gap it over 51c on Monday before market opens at 9:30, sometimes the easiest way to break over the wall, if the other MMs corporate and don't throw a 51c ask early, before 8:30am.
