For companies at this stage, in my opinion, this is the order of importance.
1. Products
2. Partnerships
3. Number of customers or users
4. Revenue
5. Earnings
I posted this week about SMAR that is valued at over $3B
The have about as many paid users as nFusz will have this month. nFusz number of users will quickly blow them away. They have revenue but are not profitable like most companies at that stage. Their one product is basically an online spreadsheet.
