I am not great at this but let me still try, please correct me if wrong. Even if we take an average P/E of around 50 for VERB (between CRM and Computer Software industry) with 15 Mn. revenue and 14-15 Mn shares, we are Golden....

Price to Earnings Ratio or P/E is price x earnings. It is the most commonly used metric for determining a company's value relative to its earnings.
