Having it as a known amount is good. I am fine with it, and anything that gets us off the OTC and onto NASDAQ is a good thing. I am sure if there are announcements such as today's announcement, as well as good earnings announcements going forward, the stock will be fine after the reverse split and onto NASDAQ. It should be a very interesting month for sure! That filing means it is definitely getting closer, they've settled on the R/S amount. At least it is sort of in the middle, unless I'm mis-remembering the range was 1:5 to 1:40. So 1:15 is middle of the road, the shorters can't go and say the worst case 1:40 was needed. This should be no surprise by now, it was definitely known it was coming, per Rory.
