If you listen to the recording posted yesterday you can hear the difference between Driemeier’s presentation and the other attorney. He was very impressive and well prepared. Also very evident was the Judges feelings, based on their questions and their tone, that it wasn’t going to go well for the other attorney. And it didn’t! I hope to hear pretty much the same come Monday. Actually I can see the judges smirking when SA starts their prior art BS from the Roman period and then complete laughter when they start talking about checking kids out of school!
