Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray have each invested multi-millions in pursuing multiple SFOR lawsuits concurrently. Blank Rome was confirmed to be on contingency through the January 2016 Microsoft settlement. Since June 26, 2016 when they filed patent infringement lawsuits against Duo, Trustwave and Centrify they haven't received any of the fruits of those efforts yet. In March of 2017 Ropes & Gray initiated lawsuits against SecureAuth, Entrust, Gemalto and Vasco. They also haven't benefited yet.
