"My cost around .70 and have 1.5 million shares since 2009. Haven’t sell not even 1 share"
- a PTOI investor.
I suspect that investor isn't alone in dropping about $1M into PTOI. I'm sure many people have been averaging down in PTOI over the past decade and building their position. I've seen many investors go overboard with penny stocks--they have this strong drive to keep throwing in more and more money.
I suspect investors often fall in love with a company because they have 'grown accustomed to its face' and they never lose faith no matter what happens. I have not seen many cases where loyalty to a penny stock actually paid off and PTOI especially is a sea of red flags.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
