There are 17 DOE national labs across the country. I assume you are just referring to NREL in Colorado.
NREL has a 327 acre campus in Golden Co with multiple buildings and test facilities.
The Energy Systems Integration Facility by its self is 185,000 sq ft, 50% > 120,000 sq ft QD facility.

Also, there are dozens of investors waiting to get in on investment opportunities in Assam based on the MOUs from Advantage Assam Investors Summit, but most of those are for projects are not part of the Guwahati Tech City Nano Complex.
