for us long term shareholders ... No
though it is possible that new shareholders will be fooled by it.thinking its really a share reduction..HOWEVER as i said .long rerm shareholders know that this past year close to 1 billion shares were added so its basicly a pr stunt .however i will take it..and hopefully co can now start to produce income ..not REVENUE
