I agree with you BooDog and wonder and only wonder, if the plan of establishing European subsidiary is not indicative that BP which may be involved in planned partnership/acquisition may not come from Europe
Novartis,Sanofi,GSK,AZ , BI, Novo Nordisk,Roche ,Bayer ,Teva ....major players with tones of cash and serious interest /involvement in oncology .
According to First Word Pharma webside 2019 is the year for M&A !!!!! Big Time !!!! Already 2-3 major acquisitions in January only .
Personally, I think yesterday PR was the most significant in years for IPIX and the fact that our CEO is still "getting" shares of the company is super significant.
I am not an expert in business/ trading and I am just sharing my thoughts
