I posted it for informational purposes. Just another resource to have to check on companies.
I am a bit surprised these dividend payment details get announced and move forward before FINRA gives the official blessing. I suppose this is common and FINRA rarely has to get involved. Of course, our luck is different as we had issues with the 20:1 dividend due to Alpha.
