I have no idea (obviously) Bialystock.
As presented to the board, there are certain parties that are privy to the company business prior to dissemination to the public. They are very proud of this close association with the company and on many occasions tease the board with upcoming events. They are the ones orchestrating the movement and will be the ones doing so in the future.
Fundamentals should be the impetus, but the story may be the start.
They get to preview the book, while we wait for publication.
Questions should be presented to the one's holding the strings, not the bags...
