I would take more shares in a heartbeat, and may yet. The "default" is no big deal and people shouldn't make a mountain out of a molehill. A minor hiccup that will be solved. The company thought they would have the price higher by now, but they couldn't do it in 90 days. No big deal. I doubt that is the reason for the PPS slide anyway. Low volume, no interest in buying now that we are ex-dividend - that is what is taking us lower.
