Actually ONCI hasn't closed in the teens since we learned of the DE debt resolution with real proof from the DE site... that was Dec. 27th. Shareholders are scared to sell (many at a loss) lest they MISS on what's potentially ahead since we've come so far over the past couple years... being a real business with real product and timely filing as a public company...

Interestingly, SB has tried to keep shareholders attention with various ways of communicating on what seems to be an experimental basis ... changing methodology ... must be madness to the method, lol
