Maybe I’m being naive, but we’re talking $682000. I don’t see any way GNBT could have gotten on to NASDAQ in 3 moths. I don’t think mgmt. thought so either. Why create such a high hurdle for such a small amount of funding. If everything went exactly right, I still don’t see GNBT on NASDAQ. Mgmt. had to know this and probably had plan B in place well before yesterday.

If we see more of these glitches, then we’ll all remember the over-promise, under-deliver old days. I can’t say I’m not on alert, but I can grant more time to allow them to execute. Uplisting to NASDAQ is a major undertaking. It will be the next major milestone after the NGIO spin-off. If the spin-off gets flubbed, then I will resume worrying.
