Remember that each case is different! IMO our case has been decided for the 3-judge appeals court panel, based on recent court rulings in which Alice 101 was kicked to the curb, and rendered meaningless, thus eliminating the basis for which the California Court ruled. Even SCOTUS ruled against Alice, and I don't think the decision in our case will be much more than a rubber stamp approval in favor of SFOR!
