it will be interesting to see if NR actually has to *adjust* their go to comfort zone re: *reporting* PTOI's *legal* short .. snicker .. 
next update out of SROs (self regulating) to Finra .. 2.11.18
of course that covers a settlement date of today .. 1.31.18
which means .. *trades* undertaken earlier this week are included .. hmmm
let's see .. will SROs' report their usual standby of 5000 or something higher?
as if any of it matters .. SROs haven't *reported* accurately on PTOI in years
