Right, and Exxon didn't build a refinery till they built a refinery. Right? You're saying that if they haven't built a refinery of this magnitude they shouldn't build a refinery of this magnitude? There's a first for everything and I would be more concerned if they said no because they were to scared to under take such a complex and ground breaking project. Once again, another commendable aspect of this project. Kudos to Blanchard Industrial.
btw they have an excellent track record and you know this. False information is damaging to a company that puts in real effort and has completed many large projects in the oil & gas industry including off shore operations.
