Lets keep in mind that the Movers and Shakers are not exactly following the progress of OWCP. Morgan Stanly does not have a buy/sell recommendation for the Company in fact, there are no published analysts following OWCP. Thus, it is far more likely the "word" will leak out today or during the next few days. That does not mean the stock will take off but we should get some kind of a upward ride. Of course, around here the only sure thing is exasperation. Nevertheless, lets it give this announcement another day or two.

Some here might say there are analysts paying attention but those that can really help make a difference have yet to hear our story (IMO).
