Building a wall will not resolve this issue and it needs to be addressed. The "State of Emergency" should be securing our proprietary information as a priority over something, that IMO will prove to be ineffective to prevent illegal boarder crossings. Sure it's an issue but the priority should be cyber security not building a monument to fit one's ego.
