Well at least we now know what exchange they were hoping to uplist to: Nasdaq. They should have known 90 days was really pushing it especially now that the share price is going in the wrong direction. Looks like they were planning for GNBT to be on the Nasdaq by 1/26/2019. Would have been nice.
