Re: TryingMyBest93 #14021
I have been here since 2016. Been here almost a year longer than Hirsch. I completely understand your frustration, and honestly I am not impressed with Hirsch as I have stated several times before, so I wont go into those details again.
In this case though, OWCP doesn't have the ability to force SHEBA to perform the study any faster. They have no leverage to do so.
Taking your scenario in question though, I do not see how it is to the companies advantage to drag out the timelines longer. It doesn't benefit the company to do so that I can so. If insiders were trying to aquire more shares they would have to file that, and I have not seen any such filings.
It also makes no sense that they would want to drive the price down to sell it to a "deep pocketed Israeli". how does that benefit the company? How does that Benefit Bignitz? That doesn't help them at all that I can see. They are not doing this to make someone else rich.
The simple answer is usually the accurate one. Waiting for Sheba to be available, or a dark conspiracy for the company to devalue itself to profit some unknown entity... I will go with Sheba is busy.
Yes a $15 mil market cap is a joke. Last I checked that was the responsibility of the CEO, the board and its chairmen. I would say they have been a failure thus far and either a quick turn around or a series of firings and house cleaning needs to take place. People need to be held accountable for their poor performance.
