To blow it further, the majority of shares are in Rory's, BOA, BOD and others hands. That is a fact and as you pointed out, it's common stock. Nice to be in a company where the majority of shareholders are long and on the same page.
Take it a step further. That majority base does not include the $10M shares that Sound Concepts will own and the $20M-$25M for the offering. I suspect they all will continue to hold like the rest do today even after their lockup expires.
The percentage of shares of insiders and true longs, while very high today, will continue to rise.
Now factor in the reduced number of shares available with a RS.
