Let me make this clear, the Bill is NOT a suggestion that research should be done. This Bill REQUIRES the V.A. to initiate research studies, and to report to Congress on the size and scope of those studies. Furthermore, the Bill insists that the V.A. study both CBD and THC because of the beneficial effects of combining these to compounds to combat severe pain.
