On two occasions Generex announced they had, or signed a letter of intent, for $15 equity line of credit, the last update in mid January saying with more favorable terms than the previous one. And Joe keeps saying he wasn’t raising toxic capital at this point. I never saw an 8k for any equity line of credit. And who is the PAG Group, Inc?
