I am very happy with progress.  I am not happy with the company setting expectations only to have those expectations not met.  I want that to change.  I would rather they state their goals without giving timelines.  And as things change I would like them to say what else needs to be done to meet those goals.

It probably doesn't matter in the end.  Things will happen when they happen.  But the company's reputation will continue to be soiled if they continue to state one thing only to deliver another.

I wish people could understand this distinction.
