Here's an Idea. Sorry but I do not know if its legal. Some one a bit smarter than myself will have to check out if it could be done. I would be very happy to relinquish my rights to a dividend and if we can talk Gerry Lenfest into doing the same it would require less than $30,000.00 to provide everyone else with a dividend of $1.00 It may also  help people with the problem of thinking the company is not making any money. It may also prove a few other things like someone who had misplaced shares they need..
