From a technical view (and only my opinion) resistance should be around .14, if we break and hold then the next level of resistance should be around .19/.20 . If we break thru .20 and hold, the swing should bring us close to .30 with support at .20 . Anyway, today's announcement is positive for the company; the mischief-makers will still sell their 50 shares at their own low bid prices and try to interfere with rallies but it will become harder as the good news flows from Israel.
